Hmm.. If that's the case I better try again.. I just bought mine not long ago and I tried the manual focus once when it seems to auto focus, I switch to auto focus.. Or, did I remember wrongly? Hmmmm..

If that's what u say, then I think that's normal too. When I tried manual, it auto focus... I tot it's spoil! Haha

i bought one mini 50s a few weeks ago though... agree it's more exp but, i can adjust the brightness of the photo...
