I do not totally agree with this statement. Handshake is caused by many factors. But when every other factors are the same, the higher mp camera can make the problem worse. It is pure physics and mathematics. Handshake blur is caused more by angular movement than linear (or lateral)...

Then why don't you consider the E500. A dual lenses kit (cover ranges from 18mm to 150mm) is only selling at S$1600 new. The E500 has the flip up flash and it is 8m pixels. You don't have to wait and can shot immediately.

I have both (80-200) and the 180 (a very old, 2 generation back) lenses. The 180mm is a very sharp lense.
