#1, 2 & 4 are handheld shots with support. #3 & #5 with tripod
ya, 600mm equiv 35mm based on 2 time crop factor for 4-3 system.

These are original jpeg files and no sharping with pp
except the last mandrill shot suffered from motion blurr with slower shutter
I think all shots are in focus.
Hmm...wouldn't agree to that, tho.
Shot this with the 40-150mm at 150mm (300mm equiv) handheld...no sharpening either. I think the 70-300 shots are just slightly out of focus. It'd be nice to see it at 600mm, tho. Probably going to be very hard to get it non-blurry handheld.
Oh! I just realized the issue! The focus is on the noses!

still no news about the releasing here
I'm in tokyo now, was shopping around for this lense, but could not find any shops that has stocks!! amazing.... this is a popular lense! This lense is selling for 39,900 yen, and you got 5% tax rebate for foreigner or 10% points rebate if you are local with point card.
Any ideas which shops should I visit in tokyo for this lense? FYI, I visited shops in shinjuku i.e. yodobashi, bic camera, kitamura, map camera. The feedback I got from the saleperson are the olympus are having short of supply for this lense!!
