Z5 compare to Z3

Hi any comment about Z5. Thinking to buy this camera because of 12x optical zoom... But then I realize Z3 also can do 12x optical.

The only diff I know so far, Z5 can go to 5MP while Z3 only at 4MP.

As MP is not my main concern, any one can highlight what is the deficiency of Z3 compare to Z5?

Is it really worth to spend more $$$ to buy Z5 instead of Z3?

Z5 has a 2" LCD while the Z3 has 1.5" .
They also come with different "gifts" ?
Price is about $100 apart ?

i read the specs in the minolta website.

main diff is:

1. Z3 is 4 MP and Z5 is 5 MP.

2. Z3 is 1.5" LCD and Z5 is 2" LCD.

3. Z3 using CxProcess™ II image processing technology and Z5 using CxProcess™ III image processing technology.

4. In Singapore, Z3 is silver in colour and Z5 is black in colour.
