Your favorite lens outing....

Hi Guys,

Anyone game for a simple "Your Favorite A-mount lens outing" .....

Probbaly a day where we go out maybe from 8am till about noon on one fine Saturday.
Then we can post one photo each from the outing.

One lens...means really 1 lens....

how?

depends on location and what themes is the shoot though, also any limitation on prime, zoom or super zoom (like 18-200mm would have the flexibility advatanges, but may lose out on quality, bokeh and some creativities.)

also depend on free or not.

bring 50-500... cover full range liao... or 18-200

if really 1 lens outting really a painful for me...
every time i come out min 2 lens. max 4 lens.

my lover 50mm + 70 - 300 mm
third one depand on the subject for that day.

My all time fav is my 10yr old Tamron 35-105 f2.8. A little heavy though. Mainly to take pics of my daughter (sounds a little overkill). The bokeh is so so... not the 'creamy smooth' kind.

Now i use one lense most of the time.. unless i found birds for tele... or insect for macro...
24mm F2.8 all the way... never change...

all my friends said my cam big but lousy cannot zoom... he..he..

but most of the time i will be with my 17-35

my favourite would be my 28-135 eventhough it has a flare control problem
but most of the time i will be with my 17-35

I like 28-135mm lens as well.. a bit heavy but it's sharp and produces great color.
I'm using 17-35mm for wider shots too. Ha Ha.. same here.
Using prime lens for such 1 lens outing will be fun

haha! hi5! ya... 28-135 is abit heavy but great lens to carry around.:thumbsup:

But not everyone has prime, and the most common lens everyone own may be the 18-70mm kit lens (3.88x zoom).

cos u have not buy enuff lens... consider a 17-35G, 28-75G, 70-200GSSM, 300GSSM then u will maybe change your favorite...
