Last win at Crystal Palace was in the 997/98 season. Since then, we have played at Selhurst Park 6 times of which we drew 3 and lost 3. :(

things might be a little different this time round as the team is rallying some good results and the form and momentum is looking very very good.

the ball looks smaller.

hmmm is that the standard futsal ball size?

No idea, it looks like the plastic ball I used to buy to play football in the basketball court. :bsmilie:

big game against everton later!

YNWA!!!

Looks like no one stayed up to watch? :bsmilie:

Was working and missed the match :( Another 2 points lost....

i watched the whole match and amazingly, not much to KPKB as everlose really become ninja turtle and played a very dull defensive match.

rather dull affair with everlose sticking to their task of tightening the defence and just killing the game with their long ball upfront to lukaku.

they are so compact at the back that it seems they are only interested in avoiding a defeat. rough treatment was handed out to coutinho and he has little time on the ball as everlose puts 2 on him the moment he has the ball.

jordan ibe is a fresh and interesting choice. seems like we have very good young wingers coming through.

not sure why BR removed coutinho and sterling for sturridge and lambert. maybe there're other options.

from this match it seems clear to me that stevie g really slowed down the pace of our attack and play. a pity but it is maybe, to me, abundantly clear that we are perhaps better without him.

a pity lucas limped off after some 15mins. I thought joe allen did an okay job coming in for him.

martinez said that it is a 'tactical' match but it seems quite clear that we are the team that wants to win and they are probably very fortunate to have gotten a point at home.

for sentimental reasons, i think stevie G wasn't subbed.

sad to say but I guess i'm not the only one (from online LFC forums) who is looking forward to a new dawn for LFC without him in the side.

a special mention goes to ross barkley of everlose.

a pity that we'll never get to sign him either for the price alone or due to the fact that he's from the blue half. what a player he is. good thing martinez went for the defensive and chose to keep him on the bench till last 5 mins.

think england is pretty fortunate to have talented young guns like sterling, kane (english right?), ibe, barkley etc.

yep, Kane's value has shot up, and knowing David Levy, will sell him for a king's ransom to the highest bidder.

Coutinho and Sterling played hard during the last match so I think BR had to keep them fresh for next week 2 big matches. Actually we have a string of tough matches coming up for the next few weeks. We did enough to win the game but they park the bus and blocked out SG spectacular strike and Sturidge shot.

Kane can play for either Ireland or England.

ya lor. everlose no intention to win.

an away draw against our derby rival, not a bad result la but we could've won...

need to ensure we keep the momentum up and keep winning.
