Couple of lines from Liverpool now, and The People reports that Liverpool are finally set to take the bolt gun to the sick cow that is Alberto Aquilani's career in England and ship him back off to Italy.

The paper claims Liverpool have agreed a deal worth around £7million with Fiorentina to send the midfielder back home permanently, after loan spells at Milan and Juventus.

Meanwhile, The Sunday Express reports that Liverpool are 'close' to the signing of Gaston Ramirez for about £16million, but Manchester City are hovering as well.
