# Copyright
# The participant must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of the image. It is the legal responsibility of the participant, and not the organiser, to ensure that they comply with these ownership and copyright requirements, and own the rights to reproduction of their images.
# Entries that do not fulfill these criteria will be disqualified.
# Should this is discovered after the prize has been awarded, the prize must be returned or refunded by the participant.
# Participants are to agree to fully indemnify the organiser in respect of all royalties, fees and any other monies owing to any person by reason of the participant breaching any of the above.
# The winners shall grant the organiser sole ownership and copyright to their winning photographs. The organiser shall hold an exclusive, perpetual licence and rights to use, reproduce and prepare derivative works of the winning photographs for the purpose of displaying the work in exhibitions, for use in research projects, marketing, and publicity collaterals, all in printed and/or electronic form, without payment of any fee.
# Participants who did not win a prize in the competition shall grant the organiser a non-exclusive perpetual licence and rights to use, reproduce, and prepare derivative works of the low-resolution image submitted, for the purposes of displaying the works in exhibitions, marketing and publicity collaterals, or in printed and/or electronic form, without payment of any fee.
The copyright of the photographs shall, however, still belong to the individual and they are free to use the images for their own purposes.
# The organiser will credit individuals whose non-winning images from this competition are used in its marketing and publicity collaterals by stating his/her name on the collaterals.
