Hi all,

Just started this hobby last weekend, so I guess this is a good place to receive good and negative feedback on the photos I've taken so that I can improve my skills and also make some new friends here.

Meanwhile, here's my first photo for this thread

This is taken along Tanah Merah Ferry Road leading to SAF Yacht Club. The road are pretty deserted and happened to see the landscape and took a shot with my bike in it.

i can sense what u were trying to do...

try stacking images. i enjoy shooting stars as well... but sometimes its hard in singapore.

thanks ya..

one way is to stack ur photos. meaning, taking 60 pictures of the same scene each with 1 min shutter speed. stack them together using photoshop action. this way, you wont overexpose ur foreground.

or if the scene is dark enough, you can do a single shot with 6 min to capture some trails. for static stars try 20 seconds... play around with ur iso settings too.
