Price can get even lower if you deal with independent dealers - I.e. No overheads
There are a few good and reputable ones out there if you dare to get out of the comfort zone

This was taken at f/4. Details looked decent. I do feel that the 18-55mm or the upcoming 16-55mm to be more suitable for street stuff though.

Thanks for the follow up. I have the 11-16 f2.8 now and i find myself shooting with it hand held in low light sometimes so just want to know how the fuji perform wide open.

My main concern is not resolution or IQ, how does it compare w D800 on terms of AF speed & accuracy? w regards to missing shots for like wedding day or events? Thx

I shot a wedding with the XPro-1 with Leica Summicron 35 f2 on manual focus (80% ISO6400). Very tough and with some missed shots. I heard the XT1 has not lived up to Fuji's claims that 'focus is as fast as other competitors'.



I tried the 18-55 with the XPro-1 and the AF is slow.

On the whole, the mirror-less scene still suffers from shutter lag. Only system I heard was near he DSLR is the Olympus OMD.

But, Fuji colors are just amazing.

I think JB still need to buy from retail outlet and AFAIK, the camera prices in JB tend to be higher than in KL or Penang.
