If the street price in sg eventually comes to 15% off RRP, it will be about the same as the MY price.

I would not get from PC show if it sell at rrp price without including items that worth $300 or more. Hope they throw in battery grip and UHS-II card.

The only possibility of getting the XC50-230mm @ $400 & below from the shop is with the PWP rebate for the purchase of XA1/XM1 w/ kit lens.
Otherwise, the latest price that i inquired so far is still around $520-540. Just for info

Has many valid points, especially bout the 4-way controller. Its very spongey as compared to my x100s which has a solid feel.

One mistake I keep making is using the lens-release button as a preview button. (Bad habit from my d600) So afraid one day my lens will drop off.. lol.

BTW, the Joby micro800 works great with the XT1+Kit Lens ! (I've been using it to angle my x100s for long exposures,etc, small enuf to slit into my retro 5 bag) http://joby.com/gorillapod/micro800/

I've never been duped. I'm only asking the price so that I will know how much will I sell it. That's why we are here in CS to know exactly how much we can sell it. The lens still with me.

I struggled to get dual display and thought I'm in manual until I discovered I only had put Aperture in priority..need to get used to layout, I also tend to touch fn button at front

I remember for Samsung phones they have those stickers for the home button will check if those would work for the 4way buttons and other back buttons

the 18-55 firmware that came with my lens is 3.10. updated it to 3.11

i was stuck getting dual display too. the problem is a few things like this requires you to press buttons (for this the display button) while using the EVF.. which can be hard when you got a chubby face !
