Wow so mean sia. Ha ha

not sure xt1 gt this problem or not... but xe2 has slow repsonse time when taking next photo after a shot have to wait like 5 sec b4 the screen reappear

It doesn't happen for my X-E2 and X-T1. I own the X-E2 currently and shoot almost everyday with it and shot the X-T1 for about a month before selling it off.

U gotta check that X-E2 u tested :) think no one can tahan 5 seconds before the screen comes back again after a shot in any camera nowadays lol. Even X-E1 doesn't take 5 seconds.

Are you shooting long exposures? Check your long exposure noise reduction and make sure it's off. The camera will expose a dark frame for the equivalent amount of time and "subtract" the hot pixels from the original frame. The process is called dark frame subtraction.

I haven't tested it out extensively but I have faint recollection of having to wait when it was high ISO and long exposure. If you do that then you might have to wait, I think.

What lens did you use and have you update both the lens and body firmware? If both have done and still happen you may have to get use to how most mirrorless camera focus, there are slight different from dslr.

Hi I using 35mm f1.4 lens. I will check for firmware update :)

hrm sry to exaggerate abit to say 5 sec but a slight delay b4 taking next photo compared to dslr.. the sd card i use is the 32gb sandisk ultra 45mb/s de gold color sticker i see most ppl use this like no problem.. i doesnt expect uber shutter speed frm a mirrorless but is there any setting to allow me to take 2-3 shot without buffering

Is there a possibility that the memory card is causing this problem??

Buffering can't be helped.

Even my previous Pentax K3 which is a hell of a speed demon has to buffer when doing burst shots.

You can improve the situation by shooting in JPG, I think.

What I do is not to give hp no. but ask them to PM me. So it will at least filter out those trying out their luck, wasting my time and spoiling my day. lol

Did you shoot raw+jpeg? Fuji raw is rather huge about 20mb++ per file.

Hi guys, how to control bulb mode when using android via Wi-Fi?

Try to format the card in the camera and try again.

Hmm, it's ok no worries , sometimes one second is also one second too long : I also dumped a certain model for reasons of its EVF's being slightly laggy.

Your card isn't slow and I'm assuming u have formatted it too. I'm using the 90mb/s version, let me get back and try since your aim is a few shots without the screen going blank right ?

And I believe shooting in JPEG helps tonnes. Fuji's one of the few brands I am happy shooting in JPEG.

I went back to try on the X-E2 :) shooting raw + highest quality of JPEG does lead to lag while writing onto the 45mb/s card. Bro , get the 90mb/s card, you do get improved speeds.

And of course like all purchases , before u spend the money ; try to borrow one or meet up with one with the card and test and see if it's acceptable to u first.
