get a generic 2.8" one?

the shade is removable, i.e. this is actually two pieces. one piece of plastic to cover lcd, then the shade can put on whenever is needed. seems to be good but don't forget X10 has optical viewfinder.

There's been some 'confusion' as to what fits and what doesn't.
39mm - u need to somehow fill in the gap.
40.5mm - u'll be able to turn once or twice but not all the way.
40mm - nice and snug!
so where to get a 40mm filter?!

guys, my wife's x10 current set-up is that she attached a JJC hood with filter on it. Any recommendation on what bag to use which will still fit the hood without removing it? She wants to maintain that vintage look hence I'm in-charge of looking for a bag that will suit this. Not too girly as I will probably use it as well
