thanks for the offer. but i've ordered it from ebay after this episode.

not blaming you. but since you have watched the video, i hope you saw how she was fussing over the guy, and only hastily 'entertaining' myself and 2 other young chaps buying a yongnuo flash in-between moments the guy testing the lens in the shop. if she can't find the caps or don't know what they are, at the very least just tell me. i would have appreciated an answer rather than being left twaddling my thumbs, looking like a fool. i even showed her a pic from your website to describe what i was looking for... unfortunately, i guess a $10 cap is not high on her priorities.

do let her know - the locals are customers too, and a simple acknowledgement does wonders. a thoughtless act like this just helped you (the boss) lose one customer.
