Ordered a Godox K-150A,
Firstly, they sent to wrong address and the postman had to call me to find out my correct address.
Secondly, I thought that the modelling light will go off when flash is activated and I called the shop and explained and then they told me to go back to the shop to change.
Finally, at the shop, the staff tested for me and then checked with someone else and found out that the modelling light will not go off at all.
I wasted one trip, wasted time, and the best of all,
Staff never apologised at all. Does everyone get such amazing service or is it just me?

First of all, as an owner of the shop, i do apologize you for this matter.

- staff asked you to show the receipt or any order number or proof to show that you buy this product from us.
- after checking with manufacturer/supplier, staff found out that this particular model's modelling light will not go off when the flash is firing.
- staff said that will refund full amount immediately if customer is not happy with the product, just to show the receipt.
- customer says " never mind i will go with it" and leave the shop.
