I bought a sigma 70-200mm 2.8 OS HSM lens in your shop 3 weeks ago at sgd 1680. Now the price has been reduced to sgd 1480.

That time when I sincerely asked you whether can negotiate for a bit, you said "can not". For that moment, as a loyal customer, I trusted your pricing. And now the price just dropped by sgd 200!!

Frankly speaking, I am quite upset with the initial pricing that you made clear to me. Well, I certainly will take this as a lesson and hope you will not do the same thing to other customers.

Just imagine if you are the customer, do you feel cheated?
