Velbon EX is one of the top Aluminium range they have and frankly, they call it the affordable range for the pros. I'm not too much of a pro, but it served me well.
Price is negotiable further, but don't lowball too much, ya?

Well-used but not abused. Some user-marks, but it is fully functional and very sturdy. Tried it with D7000 & 70-200/f2.8 before, no problem.
