Good condition and minimal user marks because I have other tripods that I use more. Seldom taken out, never soaked in water, etc.
I used it with my Manfrotto 141RC pan-tilt head for medium format as well, and it's super sturdy. If you want to the package of the 455B and 141RC, I will let you have it both for $180.
