Package includes Manfrotto 190XPROB Pro Aluminum Tripod Black, Manfrotto 488RC2 Midi Ballhead with RC2 Rapid Connect System, respective boxes, Matin Neoprene tripod strap and third slingbag. There are signs of wear and tear marks and slight knocks but other than that, it is completely fine. It is 3 years old and the warranty has expired. It was purchased in April 2009.
