no major ding and dong. according to the guide line is 8 but i would say 8.5 or maybe 9.
absolutely not for fuzzy buyer not because of the condition. It is because I do not want to deal with fuzzy buyer. and I am not fuzzy too.
the price 150SGD is the best price as you know this tripod is one of the best we can get.
