Have a user condition Polaroid SLR 680 for sale.
Camera was opened and cleaned before I got it.
Sonar focus, flash, shutter, film ejection, mirror, meter all in good mechanical order.
Very smooth folding and opening, without the infamous 680/690 "fightback".
Leather in overall good condition with some chips on the eadges.
Body has no cracks or paint loss
There is a small dent in the metal viewfinder blinds, although this will not affect the final image nor viewing. Purely cosmetics. The "polaroid" sticker is also peeling at one corner, didn't bother to glue it back.
If you didn't know, this SLR 680 is made to use 600 type films which i feel is better compared to sx-70 films which are only 100 iso. They are basically the same except for different sensitivities (iso 600 vs 100). Sx-70 cameras must be modded or a ND filter must be used to shoot 600 type film properly, whereas the 680 was made for it ! Either of theses films are currently sold by the Impossible project and available locally.
The SLR 680 is the best folding SLR instant camera from Polaroid IMO.
