I'm offering Leica M9 Black Paint purchased on 28 Aug 2010 from Cathay Photo (at full retail price 11,388 SGD), so it's going to be 5 years in Aug this year. So far there is no sensor issue, however, you can always have it check at Leica Service Center (in free replacement program or trade-in) if necessary.
The shutter count is low in the range of 5,000+/- based on the file numbers which I've never reset.
