This is a Leica IIIf rangefinder from 1953 (serial number 640646).
I don't have much time for film photography nowadays, so am letting go most of my Leica babies hopefully to someone else to enjoy them.
Just tested the shutter - works at all speeds.
You may want to have it CLAed before using as it was last done sometime ago and left in my drybox since.
This is a good example - the chrome is still bright and nice with no dings or major scratches. I have seen beaten up ones selling for $200 and more. Those are meant more as props rather than serious photography. But please expect the usual wear for a camera that is over 60 years old. If you want a mint camera, this is not for you; pls go buy a dSLR or pay thousand of dollars for a mint sample in the auctions.
