Working condition,shutter speed and meter both working well. Internal Mechanical no problem. Photos below.
But Camera was painted black by previous owner, after passed to me i removed the black paint, still have some black paint thin layer around but not that bad. Some small scratch when i try to take out the paint. Also the words Voigltander,bessa L in front and below was removed when i try to remove the paint. Top plate has 1 very small dent due to my M2 hit it inside the bag.

Thus selling cheap for 150 or u can offer me.

Also have a black voigtlander 21mm f4 LTM mount with viewfinder for sale. The lens condition is good,but the focus tab/crank is broken, but still can turn and use. Bundle price 350 only.
