Am selling a Wintec WBT202 GPS datalogger - I use this for travels; for geotagging and figuring out where I've been. This comes with a 2GB card, which is a lot for geotagging. Chipset is a u-blox GPS chipset. Pretty long battery life, close to full 1.5 days, allows for recharging/external power via mini USB.
You can geotag the output files with Geosetter beta + GPSBabel.
