I bought this off-market cable as I lost my original one for my EPL1 but later found out that it is the same cable that my E-450 have. So I am letting it up for those who also lost their original cable or those with second hand cameras that do not have this cable.
It is still in plastic packaging. Never used yet.
If you were wondering why you need this cable.
1. If your camera uses compact flash (like my E450) and you got no CF card reader, this cable helps to transfer images.
2. For Pen series, you can also transfer images using this cable in event you do not have a card reader.
3. Lastly and most importantly, updating your camera firmware require this cable which is why i had to buy one after i lost mine.
