Detailed Description:
One of the best and rarest of Yashica Electro 35, the Yashica GX spots a sharp 40mm 1.7 lens with the most advanced features for its league, including a parallax correction function which allows you to achieve a perfect framing.
Letting go to clear my vintage 35mm film camera collections as I do not have time for it. My favorite camera of all and always kept in dry box when not in used.
Camera is in excellent condition both in appearance and optics (a rarity for a camera made in 1970s). The viewfinder is clean and has great contrast. The battery check lamp and meter lights illuminate. Light meter works and shutter fires properly at all speed. Last two photos are taken with the camera that illustrate how sharp the camera is. Only has tiny scuffs from normal use. Would rate the appearance of the camera as 9/10.
More advance in functions yet more compact and lighter than the Yashica GSN or Yashica GTN (152 x 92 x 76mm, 697g), the Yashica GX comes in 123 x 75.7mm x 64mm, 580g. A great street photography tool.
