Lubitel looks like a copy of Voigtländer Brilliant with some addition of Czechoslovakian Meopta's Flexaret. Lubitel was long time in production in years 1949-1956. It was produced by LOMO in today's Petersburg in Russia at that time called GOMZ.

Ser. No. 55114631 is on the focusing ring of the taking lens. Lenses Triplet T-22 75/4.5, uncoated, stops 4.5-22. Shutter speeds 1/15-1/200 and B.
Cosmetically is this camera EXCELLENT+. Bakelite with few scratches. Light metal parts on lenses nearly without age spurs (by this type they are never perfect low quality metal was used.) there is one more visible mark on nameplate. Waist level finder with few minor marks.
With cap and case.
Camera was recently CLA works properly, shutter speeds look appropriate. Glass on lenses is clean, no fungus, no scratches. Focusing and stopping is smooth. Viewfinder is clean.
