The lenses just have some minor dust inside, no fungus and no impact on picture quality at all.
The Mamiya digital back adapter can use any Phase one or other Hasselblad V-mount back so you are prepared for the future if you want to upgrade later from the Lightphase (Phase one H5) back which is included in the package. For more details see the Phase one homepage.
