Putting up this camera for sale as I rarely have time to use anymore.
1) Makina 67
Amazing medium format film camera that needs no introduction. This camera has an amazing 80mm f2.8 lens. Very compact for a medium format rangefinder. If you're read online, this camera might seem fragile but rest assured it is not as long as you remember to open and close the lens properly.
- Camera was recently serviced in April 2018 by PanoramaCam in New York
- Camera was CLA'd, lens was cleaned, replaced new light seals, checked for focus accuracy
- Film advance mechanism is now assuringly smooth
- Bonus: Light meter that was previously not working, was repaired
- Extra Bonus: Rangefinder mechanism was entirely replaced as the old one was not very clear. New one installed was one of the last few parts the camera tech had
- Rangefinder patch is extremely bright now
- The whole repair including shipping, cost me close to $1000. Can pass the receipt as proof to next owner
Camera now works like new
No accessories included except for 3rd party lens cap and filter.
