Detailed Description:
Camera body
- Externally, there are a few minor spots where the paint has flaked away. It is a known issue that the Mamiya 6 cameras have a relatively dismal body paint that flakes off at the commonly touched areas like the lens release button and grip.
- However, the camera has in no way been heavily abused. There are no cracks/major scratches on the top or bottom plate.
- The bellows extend and retract smoothly and bellows are in great shape with no light leaks. Likewise for the light curtain.
- Viewfinder is clean, bright and clear.
- Mechanically, the camera’s winding mechanism advances film reassuringly and gives perfectly spaced negatives. The rangefinder mechanism is also accurate and there is no misalignment of the rangefinder focusing patch.
- Light meter and A/AE mode works
- Hot shoe works as well for flash photography
Lens
- Lens has no fungus, haze or separation issues
- The lens barrel is in great condition with no scratches or dents
- Lens has just been CLA'd so it will be good to go for new owner
Accessories include the Front and Rear lens cap as well as the body cap.
