Brand new from my NEX-3 when I purchased it few days ago. Just use it to test shooting and then put it in dry cabinet.
Doesn't come with box as it was a kit lens with the body, but I will provide you with the original Sony hood, front and rear caps.
Unsure about the warranty as I still haven't register the body, but I think there's no warranty for the kit lens as per normal for Sony DSLR.
