Up for sale is a practically mint Sigma 50mm f/2.8 Macro lens.
This is a manual focus lens for Pentax PKA mount which means it has the A setting on the aperture ring, allowing full auto exposure in all camera exposure modes. Works perfectly whether you're using it on any Pentax DSLR or Pentax K-mount 35mm film camera. This lens is very compact in size and feels solid.
This lens is very sharp from 1:1 macro to infinity and has a nice colour rendition and bokeh. Manual focus is the way to go for shooting macro and this lens has a very nicely damped focusing ring. This lens focuses to life size or 1X magnification without the need for extension tubes or any screw-in diopter lens.
Condition of the lens is in practically mint condition. No issues at all with the optics or aperture blades. Comes with front and rear caps and lens hood.
This lens is pretty rare and out of production. There is no more warranty but I will give a 3 day personal guarantee that there are no issues with this lens.
Sigma made 3 macro lenses in this series, and am selling the equally sharp Sigma 90mm f/2.8 Macro in PKA mount in another thread.
