I have two of Nikon's sharpest manual lenses for sale. Both can pass off for mint. Selling cos I prefer AF lenses. Bought them in Kyoto from a reputable camera shop (Camera Naniwa) last month. Their serial nos indicated show they were manufactured quite recently. Refer to http://www.photosynthesis.co.nz/nikon/serialno.html to see when these lenses were produced. I'm quite confident they were produced after 2000.
Nikkor 50mm f1.4 AIS with Nikon rubber hood - S/N - 5805601 - $250
Nikkor 105mm f2.5 AIS with built in metal hood - S/N - 1035378 - $300
Both come with Nikon skylght/UV filters, FR caps. As usual, some dust specks in the lens that will not affect picture quality.
Very rare to find such solidly built and super sharp lenses in such new condition. If you crave all-metal made lenses with great sharpness, this is it.
