The exterior condition of the lens is 9, but there some light scratches on one of the elements due to cleaning. No dust, no fungus.
Perhaps due to psychological reasons, but pictures taken appeared contrasty and sharp, if I don't mention about the scratch.
This lens works on ALL Nikon DSLRs, including entry-level bodies, and FX bodies.
