The purpose of buying this lens is because I wanted to shoot portraits with beautiful bokeh. Bought at end 3Q2011 from Arkworkfoto for $545. I have used less than 5 times and have kept it in dry cabinet. (Read below to understand why I used less than 5 times)
A rich friend who owns multiple camera systems lend me his nikon 70-200mm VR1 and has never took it back soon after I bought this lens. I have been using this lens for all the portraits shoots.
