Minolta Maxxum 35-80mm f/4-5.6 power zoom lens (Sony Alpha / Minolta Maxxum mount). This lens was released at the same time as the xi series of Minolta film cameras, and can automatically power zoom under the control of an xi series camera. It functions just like a regular lens on all subsequent Minolta film or digital cameras, as well as Sony digital cameras (I've tested it on an A55). This lens demonstrates all the attributes that made Minolta famous for its lenses. It is amazingly sharp, and takes excellent pictures, and works nicely on the Sony Alpha digital cameras.
This lens will work on any Minolta Maxxum film camera, as well as any Minolta or Sony dSLR, including the Minolta Maxxum 7D and 5D, and the Sony A100, A200, A230, A290, A300, A330, A350, A380, A390, A500, A550, A700, A850 and A900.
It is a full frame lens, which means that it is forward compatible with any future Sony full frame dSLR (including the new A850).
Physical Condition:
Front & Rear glass is clean and free from fungus, free from haze inside the lens,
Lens barrel is free of scratches, just normal wear.
Front cap : Non minolta,
Rear cap : missing.
Hood availabel at additional of S$10.
