Got the Canon Canon EF 300mm f/2.8 L IS USM in Feb 2017 from Japan. Looks very new despite being a relatively old lens. I very rarely use it locally as I prefer my 600mm f/4L IS II and would only use it occasionally when I travel overseas for birding. Still it would be a secondary lens as I would also bring along my 600mm.
Excellent condition with light user marks. Always stored in dry cabinet when not in use. AF and IS still working perfectly without any issue. As for sharpness, take a look for yourself (photos taken very recently)...
Reason for selling... I'm upgrading to EF 300mm f/2.8L IS II USM.
