Description:
The Canon 50mm f1.4 FD Lens is an excellent low-light lens. Sharp wide open, this lens is coated with the famous S.S.C Canon coating, which unfortunately is no longer used in the EF lenses. A significant improvement from the Canon 50mm f1.8 FD lens.
This is the newer FD lens without the metal breach lock mount, resulting in it's lighter weight. FD only works on Canon Film FD mount cameras. Adapters are readily available to mount this lovely lens on M4/3, Nikon, Canon EF mounts.
Lens in excellent condition. No hazing, fungus, scratches, smooth aperture blades.
The purple SSC Coating.
Sharp lens.
Excellent flare control when shooting against the sun.
