A UV filter absorbs the ultraviolet rays which often makes outdoor photographs hazy and indistinct. It seves as a muliti-purpose fine-weather filter for color as well as black and white films. Most photographers place a UV filter on each lens because it also serves as a reliable, permanent, lens protector.
Circular Polarizer - Light rays which are reflected become polarized. Polarizing filters are used to select which light rays enter your camera lens. They can remove unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water or glass and also saturate colors providing better contrast.
Always handle with care & put inside dry box when not using it.
