In view that the filter has slight marks, I will open to offers. Sent by mail since its a low offer (I'll absorb for standard mail).

I will also accept returns if you get back to me within 1 week and mail me the item back within that week in its original condition.
Refund will be exclusive of standard mail cost (rounded up to nearest dollar, should be S$1) for 'restocking' charges.
