shutter count 23k+, everything is working well. cosmetic wise the rubber grip is abit sticky but i have gaffer taped it so it feels very nice to hold now. if u're particular about it a trip to nikon service center to replace the rubber grip (i called to enquire) will cost you $44.99 which replaces the left right and thumb rubber grips. battery compartment cover lost it's springiness but to me that is insignificant as it still locks and unlocks. has the hard lcd protector on. comes with 1.5x magnifier viewfinder
comes with the original golden box with the receipt (dated 2006) warranty card cd and quick start guide inside. charger is third party as the original charger is missing.
