User marks, paint drop can be seen in the photos (I tried to take all angles that showed the user marks). Besides these, no scratch, no dent, etc.

Sensor was cleaned 3 months ago, SC 105K (average shutter life 184K, reference: http://www.olegkikin.com/shutterlife/canon_eos5dmkiii.htm)
One small dirt in viewfinder, I'm very sure it's not at the sensor, welcome any testing.
Everything working perfectly.
Comes with full box, CD, cables and extra new Phottix battery.
