Advertisement Category: Want To Sell (WTS)
Equipment Type: DSLR
Equipment Brand: Canon
Equipment Model: 450d body
Price (S$): 700 (Body) + 150 (Extra warranty) = $820 Neg
Description:
User marks but good condition overall. spare body, under utilized hence selling
Always kept in dry cabinet when not in use
Comes with extended warranty(WORTH $150) Till Dec 2011 which was purchased separately (More than 2 years left)
There is a pixel on the Sensor of the Camera. Hence, when using live view, and zoomed in, a red dot can be seen, for those which sharp eyes. However, this happens only in live view.
I have brought the camera to Canon, who did some pixel re-mapping. The pixel is now the smallest it can be, and would not affect the image quality in any way. (you can test out on the spot for yourself!)
it will not affect the performance of the camera in anyway, and would be no different from any other camera aside from small red dot when using live view, zoomed in
To clarify doubts, this is a 'hot pixel' which is said to affect most cameras with live view.
