Have not been using it (used as a backup to my DSLR), and is in my electronic dry cabinet for most of the time, hence the excellent condition.
It is still within the 1st year warranty given by Olympus, up to 11 Mar 2012. Extended warranty is up to 11 Mar 2014, and even covers Accidental Damage!
The package comes with extra 2 batteries, for a total of 3 batteries.
