Almost brand new, like new Canon S100 bought last October 2012 for my birthday.
Comes with everything in box, battery, charger, and whatever else you find in there. Item is in fantastic condition and hardly used at all. This camera is always kept in the camera bag (and in dry box if not used) as a spare or when it's embarrassing to take a bulky DSLR for street photography.
I am keeping my SD Card so you will have to find your own (not expensive these days - i'm keeping because my photos are saved in there). Warranty wise i don't think it has been filled but certainly in fantastic working condition - only selling this as i just bought a new toy - the Canon EOS M.
