The bag can hold a d7000 without grip + 18-105 with lens hood protruding and a sb600.
theres a memory card pocket and 2 other pocket to hold extra batteries and cables or even the charger.
The side "shopping" compartment is big, can hold other stuff while travelling like.. umbrella, jacket or you can put extra flash and lenses there as well. but no cushion in shopping compartment.
