WTS Posting with Pic Failed

I have been trying to post a WTS thread in the Photography Accessories category. I pasted 5 BBcode link of the pics of my items which I had uploaded to CS Gallery. Upon completing all the necessary info, I click "Submit". And it prompts me a thank you message of submitting the post and was redirect.
However I just can't find this thread. It seems to lost in the air and I believe it has failed....

Any kind soul, pls advise and help...

It is not this. This thread I paste the link to it as I failed to create thread which I show the pic directly in thread....

I pasted the BBcode and preview it, the pic were directly shown in the thread. But once I "submit" the thread, and was prompted with "thank you..." and re-direct my forum, I just couldn't find my thread in "Buy/Sell: Photography Accessories"

There is no porblem when I tried in "Garbage and Testing". This is strange.... so writing it for advise on this problem. Thank you

You have not indicated what you were selling... It is entirely possible that a Mod deemed it unsuitable to be posted in B&S (for example, if it is non-photographic) based on the rules for that section, and thus removed it. Some examples that I have seen are: Laptop bags, Laptops, etc.

Btw, you don't seem to be having any issues with the other sections in B&S?

I just posted your linked images into a test post in the Photography Accessories section without any issues.

Can you advise on the exact text that you filled into each of the fields so that we can check if there is an issue in parsing certain characters.

I tried again last evening, still same problem faced. Hope somebody can shine some light on this.
