Browse sample pics taken with this lens ( http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/jonsmap/SamplePicsTakenWithTamronAF2875mmForCanonMount ) and decide for yourself if you can live with it. Full package including front lens cap (not shown in pics). Throwing in a UV filter. No barrel marks. Physical condition 9/10. Overall would say 7-8/10 but will be conservative and say 7. Selling cos have another lens to cover wide angle.
