i must say you have a good service attitude, coming from another fellow MO organiser
For the others, i bought a benro tripod from jack, he's surprisingly very helpful, sincere in his dealings. asked a lot of questions about all his other stuffs on display for sale, he willingly answered my questions with no sign of irritation. he's very willing to let you try & test all his goods even if you don't have any intention yet to buy on that day, ( of course when you try the goods, you may just end up with the BBB virus & buy la ....hahahaha )
i been in the media & communication industry for very long now & meet so many ppl ( including decision makers ) in my business dealings....one thing for sure , jack is an upcoming entrepenuer!

I recently bought a Tokina lens from Jack at his new shop, and I must say that Jack's attitude in customer service is top notch. He was very accomodating and willing to entertain all the questions I had, not only pertaining to the glass I was interested in, but also to many other interesting stuffs in his shop! I also find that Jack's pricing is honest and very reasonable.
To tell the truth, I bumped into his new shop unintentionally (not prepared to spend), saw the good price, had a great time tested the glass, catalysed by the good service, and voila! The BBB virus just exploded and my wallet was lighter unintentionally.
I'm very pleased with the overall experience. Please keep up the good service and I'm sure you'll succeed in no time! :thumbsup:
